Fifty-five, Unemployed, and Faking Normal: Your Guide to a Better Retirement Life by Elizabeth White

Did not finish book. Stopped at 6%.
Although I am literally fifty-five and unemployed, this book is not for me.  This is for the people who have no retirement or safety net and are experiencing things like their utilities being turned off, and considering taking in boarders or moving into tiny homes to save on housing expenses.  While I am (thankfully) not in that situation, this seems like it would be a great book for people who are.  It encourages creating a "Resilience Circle" of people in similar situations with which you meet on a regular basis, go through this book, and share strategies and support.
