Das kleine Schloss in Schottland
by Julie Caplin
This was simply wonderful! I cannot wait to read all the other books in this series because it’s just such a nice atmosphere.
This one in particular is incredibly cozy, comfy, beautiful and was the best thing ever to read on a rainy August late morning. I loved it and I especially loved Izzy.
To be honest, it doesn’t contain the deepest topics ever, but still has enough emotional depth and not too much trauma, as it is in a lot of romance books. I craved this kind of more down to earth one.
And the found family aspect?? Omg I loved every single character!
And the castle?? The descriptions of the food and the making of and the renovations….in other words:
Grab a hot chocolate and Read. This. Book.
You won’t regret it.
