This was definitely an improvement from book one! I really liked it. I think I really am an urban fantasy gal. I love the setting and world for these books. I also felt that the character development in this book was better. I feel so so connected to the main characters. I loved getting so much more on Anden and the growth for Shae was so well done! Excited to see how this one wraps up.
