Stunning! I couldn’t set the book down and read it in two days. It’s quite different from the first volume. This story is really all about Sunny, so her friends and family seem like supporting characters. Most of the events are seen from Sunny’s perspective; it really feels like following the story from within Sunny’s mind. It would be great if there was a third volume!

Edit: After reading it for the second time, I increased the rating to 5 stars. Sunny’s story has become very dear to me and I was so glad to read this in preparation of diving into the third volume that’s now out!!!

Second edit: Based on the third reading, I decreased the rating to 4 stars. Perhaps it would be better to just re-read the highlighted quotes and the finale.
