Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.

I’m sorry, but the point of this book has been lost on me.

These characters have got to be the blandest, most underdeveloped, and one-dimensional villains I’ve had the misfortune to read about.

Strong, or at least understandable, motivations are the most important trait to make a villain interesting through their unlikability, but these men truly have nothing going for them in terms of depth. I enjoy a good unlikeable character, but I’m pretty sure I’m perceiving more details on the white wall in front of me than these characters or story have layers.

This might be the book for you if you feel like reading about sociopaths whose only personality trait is vengeance and killing. Definitely not the book for me. NEXT.
