I nocked .5 stars because we saw some of the most emotionally heavy stuff through the eyes of people I didn't want to see them through. But otherwise this was an exceptionally solid book. I really REALLY don't like it when my babies are separated so I was a little hesitant to start it, mainly because I wasn't sure if they'd ever get back together. But all in all I raced through it, especially that last half. I'm going to have to wait to read Leviathan Falls because I haven't been able to find it in the smaller paperback edition that matches the other 8 books. And frankly I'm a little afraid of having this series end. It's been with me for a long time. I don't want to let go of the Roci and her crew.
