When I started this book, I honestly didn’t realize it was inspired by the story and the world of King Arthur, Merlyn and co, it probably would’ve set my expectations lower, and I’m not a huge fan of retellings.. but! The author managed to weave in fae with modern world really well! World building is top notch, character development is present, and romance is on point.
I wish the side characters had more legs, felt like they were one-dimensional and kinda lacking…
