"For, after all, you do grow up, you do outgrow your ideals, which turn to dust and ashes, which are shattered into fragments; and if you have no other life, you just have to build one up out of these fragments."

Beautifully done.

The first book I tabbed and annotated (no, my law books do not count) in a very long time.

Weird relationship, though. Date someone your own age, stupid. What did you expect?

Somehow, I tend to hate modern romance books, but I love the classics. I don’t know. Weird.
