I devoured this novel in 12 hours. It’s the EK effect, you know?

The Dixon Rule was full of banter, chemistry, and humor. Oh, and spice… HELLA spice!

The side characters in this one were *chef’s kiss* - the briar crew, the apartment’s community, the lead up to Beck & Will, heyo!!!!

As easily as I devoured this book, I only rated it 3.75 stars because:
•At some points it felt like we got a little too lost in the sauce… aka, the plot got lost and all we focused on was the spice. It was hot, don’t get me wrong, but, I think this could’ve been written better plot wise.
•The last 20% of this book got DEEP. No spoilers, but we took a hard left. I mean context clues, we knew something was coming in Lindley’s world, but we went from 0-60. Toss in the final Diana incident and everything just went real dark, real quick… like totally different vibes.

That being said, I was still fully immersed. EK still evoked all the emotions from me. And, I will absolutely start devouring The Charlie Method first thing tomorrow!
