The Great Hunt by Robert Jordan

4.0

I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue with this series since the first book was very lackluster, but I’m glad I did this one picked up a lot more and kept me thoroughly entertained with its many twists and turns. The pacing was a lot better and, by making the horn an objective in the novel, it helped add tension and drive the plot forward. Also Egwene and Nynaeve’s capture was perfectly executed as well as the battle.
