Third and final instalment in the powerless trilogy. Fearless picks up immediately after the events in book 2 Reckless.

Pae now engaged to Kitt but in love with his brother Kai. Pae has to once again prove herself to the Elites through a set of trials. This book introduces a handful of chapters from King Edric to shed some light on the past. The key element of this book is that lies will eventually be revealed and it’s what we do with that information that shapes the next steps on our journey

I felt Pae’s character diluted towards the end. Kai’s had more depth potential and the plot twist for Kitt left opportunities for further exploration. I don’t particularly like the epilogue it felt unnecessary.
