After so long I read a book that is plot driven. I was hooked from the first chapter and my love for each and every character only grew chapter by chapter.

I was proud of me for getting it right in terms of suspense but how it was woven together was in perfection measurement.

Lawson is trying to take care of his three boys while also working as the chief of police of this town.

Hallie is trying to start fresh, what happens with her 5 years ago, has left scars but she is trying to be strong.

It’s fate that she lands up in the house of the man who saved her all those years ago but now as a possible pick for the nanny.

All three sons of Lawson stole my heart. I loved how each of them had a different personality but it all complimented each other.

The found family vibes were strong throughout and  this book tore me up on more than one occasions. The suspense/ thriller part of it mixing it with the trauma of Hallie, I feel that the story was complete and perfect.
