lcstevens92 's review for:
Mission to Paris
by Alan Furst
This was my first foray into this kind of spy genre. I heard Alan Furst on NPR and got the book in the mail through Kerri Miller's book club. I loved how he painted the picture of Paris right before the war. The characters were uniquely written and interesting, but I felt the book lacked a little of the suspense that I find in more current mysteries/thrillers.
