It’s hard to work out whether I love this book or just feel nothing about it. The characters are all deeply flawed, many unlikeable, and it’s interesting to get the insight into the side characters and read their story, while also getting their perspective of the main characters.
there was some really beautiful prose, and the themes of mental illness, identity and unhealthy relationships on both a platonic and romantic level was lovely to read about, but i don’t think i’ve fallen in love with this book in the way that i wanted to going into it
