I loved seeing Shirayuki take charge and asses her situation on the pirate’s boat despite her fears. Now if only Kiki, Obi, or somebody would teach her self defense so she can at least try to defend herself when people try to kidnap her.
I really hope there are some consequences for her kidnappers. Like??? Ya’ll just up and grabbed a woman from her room and scared the ever loving heck out of her and for what? A misunderstanding?! I wanted to shake them so bad. Especially when they got her in even deeper danger. Literally a nightmare.
Overall, this was a good volume with some nice tension and character building.
