I'm not one for autobiography or self help books but wow. This book was so intense yet motivating that even though you have so going on, the bad mental health, the shitty parentage and so on that with alot of courage and hard work you can turn your life around. 

Thank you for writing this book, it helped me so much even just in knowing I wasn't alone in going through similar issues.
