The Alien's Kidnapped Omega by Sienna Sway
3.0
This book had a lot of potential to start, but sadly went downhill rather fast. While I loved the world building and learning the culture of the aliens, Alex listening and asking questions to find out whats going on.
Sadly the nassa didn't seem to treat him with the same respect, they hardly gave him the chance to explain anything and tbh there wasn't even a language barrier. They just refused to believe humans were any different to them, Sarr only figured stuff out when noticing Alex in pain and actually asked in those cases.
Only time anyone ever seemed to listen was if he was hurt so just got frustrating, although the ring scene was very sweet and trying to keep him from overheating. I just wasn't keen on how events played out, even to the final moments they stayed in denial.
Although allowing more hunans onto their world and supposedly Alex shall have new job role that he shall enjoy. Although considering how they reacted about omegas working, it seems strange they were fine with that aspect at end but oh well.
I think I got my expectations too high, so thats on me. There was a lot of amazing aspects to the story uch as the setting, concept and cultures however it just fell flat for me. Alex seemed like a fun character too and Sarr could possibly have grown on me, if he wasn't so sure he was always right.
Overall it was a fast paced, enjoyable read with a happy ending but it could have been so much more
