trewtiller 's review for:
It
by Stephen King
One of the best horror/ thriller books ever written. Took me a while to get through it, but well well worth it. A few cringy moments (well known parts) but the pros out weigh the cons by far.
The characters of the losers club were fleshed out and I genuinely cared about them. As they developed through the story i believed they believed.
The character of It (pennywise)is so smart to be so dumb. And in my opinion, scarier on the page than on any screen.
The only real con I can think of is the flashbacks. Keeping up with what’s happening in the kid plot as well as in the adult plot.
My personal favorite book ever written.
