I loved how this story jumped right into the action. Theo and Shola were very likeable main characters and overall the story was compelling.
I do think this should have gone through another pass with an editor. The transistions between scenes were over very sudden and sometimes characters were introduced and told they were important rather than having shown that earlier in the story.
I also think the plot was top convoluted for such a short book. It needed more development to really sell the twists.
