This was, of course, very difficult to read. Heartbreaking and completely shocking at times. It gave me new insight and I'm grateful to now have this perspective. I, myself, have at times waffled in the middle of various assault news stories, questioning both sides ("Why now?" "What if she made it up?") Chanel's story makes these cases crystal clear in my mind now. Hoping all the best things for her, thank you for writing!
