An Everlasting Meal: Cooking with Economy and Grace by Tamar Adler

inspiring lighthearted reflective slow-paced

3.5

I found it poetic and inspiring - it made me want to cook, although I found the actual food content to be nothing new, nothing I have not read already in the Guardian, and most of the tips boiling down to (pun intended) making soup or stock. I will probably go back to it and browse through it again when feeling uninspired by my cupboard and fridge.
