The story may be the best thing I've ever read. So incredble. And the second half seems so oddly relatable to our current times. Everyone can learn something from Jules.
And the characters! They all came to life, leaping out of the page. I feel so connected to them even ones we barely saw I feel like I know. They will have a place in my heart for quite a while. Especially Jules, Mia, and Dex.
This author has something incredibly special for character driven stories and I'm going to find more by her right now.
The cherry on top of this is the ending. So wonderful, and emotional. I did cry a many times. But it left no question unanswered, tying everything up nicely. Exactly how I like it.
