Loved this sequel to Desert World Allegiances. The world-building continues to impress as the world that the citizens of Livre know and understand expands greatly. The reviews of the first book were very mixed, but I think Rebirth addresses some of the criticisms of the first installment. That said, I enjoyed both of the books greatly, although I think this sequel will prove to be the more popular of the two.
