I bought this book because it is a Grease retelling and it certainly does have many aspects of Grease. But I love that it has its own unique story and added depths with issues such as cancer, grief and coming out. The two main guys were actually pretty realistic and they both had their good and bad points. The awesome cast of characters really do make this book so good. There is a group of girls who are obviously like the Pink Ladies. We see each of their personalities and they really help make this story way more awesome. It was a very cute, fun and quick read while also dealing with important issues which is always so important in YA. I'd definitely recommend this book!
