amelieboucher 's review for:
Clockwork Princess
by Cassandra Clare
This was the perfect ending to an amazing trilogy. At first, I wondered how Clare would be able to tie the knot, but it turns out, not surprisingly that she did it in the most perfect, yet unexpected way.
I loved how every single piece of information was useful to finish the story properly. Clare used the most unexpected yet unsurprinsing way to end Mortmain once and for all, and I'm glad she chose to do it this way.
I also cannot complain about how she ended things with the love triangle. She was somehow able to make both love stories happen without degrading or hurting the other, and I couldn't be more thankful for that.
It's hard for me to put all my emotions and thoughts into words, as this trilogy lies among my all time favorites. I'm so glad I decided to read them.
