The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms
by N.K. Jemisin
I accidentally reread this book. I had vague memories of starting the book, turns out I had read the whole thing. But I didn't remember much other than I wasn't terribly interested in the book the first time.
Upon the second reading, I'm much more interested in the story, to the point I will probably read the other two books. The characters still seem a little flat, Yeine still seems a Mary Sue, but I kinda want to see where this goes.
