Believing Kissen dead, Elo sets on a vengance mission towards his former friend Arren who is under control of the fire god. Inara and Skedi develop their bonds and search for more information about what they are. Kissen however, isn't dead and is having to trust in gods to make her way back to her friends, when she gets put on another path.
I wish I reread Godkiller before embarking on Sunkiller as I couldn't remember anything. I soon got back into it though.
I loved the Inara/Skedi parts.
Elo didn't really seem to get up to much until nearly the end.
Kissen didn't get enough page time, but when she did, I could feel every movemwnt she went through. Her attitude makes me chuckle so much.
