Took a while to get going and to really understand what the stakes were. Could have done a little better world building, although maybe she wanted to maintain the aura of mystery? The wilderwood was super creepy in the best ways and I loved the Wolf! Intrigued to see where book 2 will go and how it will wrap up this tale.
