Taylor Swift Songs: “Glitch”, “Sweet Nothing”, and “Dancing with our hands tied”

Why is this so underrated???? I loved it!!!

This book contains a plus size main character who joins a fitness app NOT TO LOSE WEIGHT, but to introduce a more nutritious diet and exercise to feel healthier and stronger. I love how candidly the main character talks about the struggles of being plus sized and how they can be perceived. I also love how it shows how our health journeys can be easily derailed by one bad person, but how we need to get back up after it and keep going. I loved how fat-positive this book was!!! You are beautiful and deserve to feel great about yourself and your body at any stage of your journey! It healed something inside me, validating and talking about a lot of my own self image issues. There is also some brief mentions of ED, so please keep that in mind and proceed carefully.

There was a really interesting underlying plot, and great character development and growth! I loved both of these main characters!! I think this book was one where I really appreciated having the dual perspectives of the 2 main characters, it really added a lot. But also, a girl and her fitness coach/personal trainer?? Yes please. I loved the instant and intense chemistry that wasn’t based off of looks (because they first only chatted over messages and didn’t know what each other looked like). They literally gave me such warm fluttery feelings in my stomach, like actually giddy!! A smile took over my face pretty much the entire time, but I also wanted to cry happy tears. If you want a guy who is DOWN BAD for her, this is for you!!! This book was such a pleasant surprise!! Loved it. I will definitely be reading more of Denise Williams’ books in the future!! I’m also very excited because these books are all interconnected, with the rest of the books focusing on interconnected casts of characters (ex. Different friend or sibling from the friend group that was mentioned in each book). This book is up there with Emily Henry in my opinion!!

Age rating: 16+, Emily Henry level spice, so about 2/5🌶️
