3.75 🌟 rounded up since goodreads doesn't have the option of not doing solid stars. This book was decent, and im not sure if its just the version I read (Bookish Box) but it REALLY needs a content warning page. I was unprepared for the on page r@pe, and almost stopped over halfway through the book. With that said, it enjoyed the story. It's a reverse harem/why choose with a female pirate captain FMC. Imagine if Elizabeth from Pirates of the Caribbean was a pirate captain and didn't have to choose between Jack Sparrow or Will Turner (if Will was a pirate hunter). There's adventure, romance, redemption, self acceptance.... you just need to look up the content warnings ahead of time if the regular edition doesn't have a page for them.
