informative sad slow-paced

This is a dense read that took discipline to finish but it was so worth it. I waited to review this one to let it sink in a bit and honestly have so much of a better grasp on American history and literature.

Didn’t get a 4+ because, ironically, I immediately read some Angela Davis after, who is a central figure in Stamped, and realized that it sometimes oversimplified intersectionality and created good/bad dichotomies that contradicted the purpose of the book itself.
