Bryce is probably my favorite FMC SJM has created since Nesta. Her spite, humor, and stone cold balls just make the entire novel. This reads more like a modern day murder mystery, with a lot of fantasy elements added - very different from ACOTAR or TOG. I enjoy the premise, the world building actually wasn't as painful as some comments lead you to believe. And the ending has one scene I'm going to be thinking about FOR A VERY LONG TIME.
With that being said, can we just all agree that Danika was a horrible friend to Bryce?! I'm so tired of hearing about this girl. UGH!
