LOVED PENELOPE. And I liked Collin. He really just needed to have some sense knocked into him. I get that he needed to realize what he was looking for, but it sorta bothers me that Penelope is left pining for him while he roams the world, you know?
SPOILER AHEAD:
I didn't really see how Penelope was Lady Whistledown. She was the narrator of the majority of the book, and even in her thoughts she didn't give anything away, which I find weird. I get that Quinn wanted to have a big reveal, but the fact that Penelope doesn't let a single clue slip from her thoughts was silly. Granted, going into the book, I figured it would be her anyway.
