Predictable, the dialog hasn’t improved and the characterization has possibly gotten worse. It’s kind of hilarious how there are these BIG REVEALS and you’re just like…yeah that was obvious from about page 5, am I only supposed to have figured that out now?

Also cmon having extremely ill-developed female characters is bad enough but did you need to make the dragon sexist to boot??

However it has remained just good enough that I will at least give book three a shot.
