I don’t recommend this book to everyone. Know what you’re getting into before starting it. It’s mostly a combination of introductions to books, art pieces, music articles, and interviews. Honestly I was very bored while listening to the audiobook especially since I haven’t read/heard of most of the people he’s talking about nor I’m interested in comics (which he also talked a lot about). I’ve only read one book by Gaiman, Norse Mythology and currently reading American Gods. Even if I know most of his book by name, I have no read them (yet). So definitely a mistake to read this now. Doesn’t help I’m one of those people who are most of the time bored by introductions.
