  Hoofin' It (Magical Romantic Comedies #2) by R.J. Blain – Gibson just wanted to be a good cop like his parents, grandparents, godparents, you get the picture. Chicago’s anti-werewolf feelings are an open secret, but Gibson’s good character and perfect track record are exactly what the CDC and a shark of a lawyer need to sue the Chicago Police Department for discrimination. While in NY for a little post-surgical (lost an eye in the line of duty saving a family from a burning car), he sees a body fall into a taxi killing everyone but the alpaca in the back seat. Saving that spitting alpaca from being shot by a pissy cop starts off an even wilder adventure! This series is one eye rolling mess of fantastic characters who have no trouble with a bit of a body count! Happy Reading!
