I didn’t particularly enjoy reading this book. It contains a lot of sex between people with age gaps that I think aren’t great (aka the younger is being taken advantage of in this particular case). I think it’s important to read stories like this one though, and I’m glad I read it. The use of the dialect of the different people throughout the book is really interesting, even if it was a struggle to follow some of the speech. The writing is very descriptive and you can almost smell and taste some of the things described by the writing.
