A sweet short adventure with side of light saffic romance. This reminded me a bit of the Tales of Adenashire by J Penner mixed with T Kingfisher vibes. The characters are introduced quickly and the plot moves quite fast, yet there is still time for unique stories and quirks. However the short length does mean that not every decision makes complete sense and there were some editing discrepancies in the e-book. It was a fun read with some interesting characters that I could see well developed into a wider world.
