Made me believe in love a little bit and that made me angry.
At times this book was very funny. But not as funny as people say imo. The representation of different cultures felt a bit shallower for certain countries and idk how to feel abt that. It ended up being a very tender and enjoyable read abt getting old, searching for meaning, and wanting to be loved. I do think it might read better as a movie and I could see myself loving an adaptation of this book.
Everywhere he went some young guy was like??? Head over heels for him ?? Like bro
