The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum
5.0

Significantly different from the movie, maybe 2%-5% the same at best. The basic idea is close, but other than that, this is a completely different story. Three of the characters in the movie have the same names as the book. Of those, one is someone completely different while Jason and Marie are in a similar basic role with completely different backstories and motivations. The book is far more complex in storyline and character development than the movie. The are lots of significant names and places to remember, which did cause me some trouble since I was listening to the book and have a hard time remembering names on occasion. Well worth the read.
