The second of the Power of Five series and I preferred this book to the first. It was more fast paced and it made me remember why I loved reading when I was younger - I couldn't stop reading and stayed up late to find out what happens next.
It hasn't fully aged gracefully with white saviours, brown face and exoticism of the Peruvian culture and history. But I am devouring the books and excited to read the next one.
