Beyond Those Gilded Walls by Jessica S. Taylor
5.0
It was a brutal, unapologetic, twisted
dark Gothic romance...with a dash
of some goodness. It goes in deep
from the beginning all the way to the
end. Ripped off the bandaid without a
warning. And of course that made me
devour this book even faster. I felt very
intense feelings in certain parts, but I
believe it was necessary. I don't
necessarily think Tallon is a bad
guy, he's just not like everyone else.
He kinda reminds me of Joe from
"Meet Joe Black,"and Rhysand from
ACOTAR. The fact that even with
everything that Odyssa experienced,
she never changed the person she
was at the core, but she did evolve
as the story progressed. I highly
enjoyed it, I hope there's more,
especially the way it ended.
