This was short and maybe not so-sweet, but rather satisfying in how as Galatea returns to her purest form, she takes with her the very man who refused to consider her anything more than his plaything. She found more agency in stone, than in life. How absolutely devastating.
I wish there were more of her story. I wish we knew what happened to Paphos. She was only ten and I fear for what she would have had to face alone.
