one star for the writing, one for henry, and one for me finishing this book.
i hate to say it but i just didn't vibe with the fmc at all. everytime i saw character growth, in a few paragraphs she would go back to the way she was before, she was also not a good friend. it was annoying, honestly. like i said, i liked the writing and how grief and depression were explored through bennet. but i just didn't connect to her at all. and those last few chapters🤦🏻♀️. just no.
also bennet says that henrh pushed her into being in a relationship, when was that?? i just finished the book and genuinely don't remember that happening. i just think henry deserved better.
