I read this as the February book club read with my book club @indielovers_bookclub This was my first book from the author and won’t be my last.

I really enjoyed this book. It’s the first book in the Carolina Comets series the main characters are Collin and Harper. Collin is a NHL player for the Carolina Comets. They first meet by accident when Collins is having car trouble in the middle of nowhere. She knows nothing about sports and doesn’t know who he is. The second time they meet is through a dating app which again he keeps his identity a secret but like always secrets have a way of coming out.

I was hooked from the start. I also loved the unique occupation that Harper has. I have never read a book with that.

I highly recommend this to anyone who love hockey romance.
