Mythos has to be the most accessible Greek mythology text I've ever read.
It has the fantastical and fun elements of the myths we all know and love, entangled with interesting etymological fun facts, and Fry's trademark humour. It's honestly, such an entertaining book to read!

I really admired the ease in which Fry can jump from myth to myth, without confusing the reader. I found him holding my hand, not in a patronising way, through names and family trees. His use of footnotes and appendices felt so natural! This book was written and (clearly) edited beautifully.

I can not wait to grab the next instalment. I can't get enough of Fry's prose and Greek myths!
