I probably would have liked this better if I had already not grown to love Atticus, Scout, Jem, Dill and Boo-the last 3 are not in the book, Boo is not even mentioned. There are also a few continuity issues I think, at least as I remember things happening in TKAM-they are not related in this novel the way I remember them-and some of my favorite events in TKAM are not even alluded to. Worth the read for me as I was curious to find out about their lives after the other book ended-some is heartbreaking, much is unexpected but I am not surprised that Jean Louise is single, and had moved away from Alabama to New York City.
