Letters to Satan by G. Eilsel
4.0
4 stars
This was a fun and easy reading and I enjoyed it very much.
Despite the author saying that there would be a lot of smut and minimal plot, I actually liked the love story between the two MCs and I found it very well developed.
Both Santa and Satan were a nice surprise: Niklaus, aka The Santa is a 47 years old former human who accepted the position after the former Santa (his late mom's lover) resigned and died; despite having been in the office for quite some time, he's still trying to improve and do better. Damien, aka The Satan, is hundreds years old and he's well respected as ruler of the Hell. He's a "good" boss and he loves his job, but when he goes to the North Pole, he starts wondering if he could have more, if he could be loved even.
Their dynamic is a little unexpected: Damien is a bratty bottom and Nik is a very dominant top and their chemistry is explosive.
The plot was a little predictable but I still loved the resolution of their issues. I adored how Damien was completely enthralled by Nik.
The only thing that prevented me from giving a higher rate is that I would have love to see more romance.
Definitely a good story, I look forward to read other works from this author.
Recommended.
