The first book in this series was one of my top 2023 reads. This book does not disappoint! It’s a dark, non mafia, enemies to lovers, suspense, spicy romance book.
I will say this book is pretty long, 800+ pages but the author does a great job explaining the background between the MMC & FMC. Rosalie and Nova come from two families who hate each other, so by default they hate each other.
This book had me laughing out loud in some spots, needing a fan for others and on the edge my seat during the last 100 pages.
