god this book is so sweet,  the art style is absolutely gorgeous. the combination of the loose drawings and the heartfelt text made me fall in love. i've never enjoyed self help books before this one, but i absolutely adored this - there is something so special about friendships between characters who are so very different from one another, yet who form strong bonds despite of those differences. the mix of artistic techniques works so well too, i kept thinking about how much i'd love to have one of these drawings as a tattoo - or framed in my room. so lovely
